As your trusted Travel Advisor, I will utilize my knowledge and experience, and my unique insights to work collaboratively with you to make the most of your precious leisure time. I provide a service dedicated to finding the best value for you, including extra amenities and perks through my Virtuoso affiliation and the personal partnerships I have developed around the world. I can anticipate your needs, answer questions you didn’t even think to ask, and be there for you throughout your trip and beyond, to assist with the unexpected. I am not a sales agent for travel suppliers; I am your advisor and advocate.

Professional advisor fees will cover the time involved to create a custom itinerary. As you can imagine, there is a time commitment and lots of details that go into planning a great vacation. I will take as much time as we need to consult with you to learn about and understand your interests and needs, research the best options to fit your preferences, and prepare a personalized experience for you.

SCHEDULE OF SERVICES*

* Fees will have a range dependent on the length and complexity of the trip.
**Travel Planning, Consultation and File Set-up Fees are charged to Cadence Travel once the Credit Card Authorization and Terms & Conditions Form is received and planning commences. Groups are multiple couples or friends larger than 4; Families are multiple or multi-generational.
*** Ticketing fees are invoiced once ticketing is complete. Hourly fees are invoiced at the discretion of the advisor.

Travel documents are sent once invoice is paid. Invoices not paid prior to travel will be charged to the credit card on file.
